Jonathan was personable, funny, respectful, and knowledgeable from the beginning. He is the subject matter expertise when it comes to water. He was able to answer all my questions in regards to the system as well as what to expect in the future with my units. Jonathan Munoz provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any water softener company or representative. I came in with a TON of questions, and he answered each one with patience and clarity. From the initial consultation through installation and even days afterward, Jonathan was consistently attentive…checking in almost daily to ensure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any concerns. His thorough explanations made me feel confident and safe throughout the process, and I’m genuinely grateful for his support.
I also want to give a big shoutout to the installation team, led by Jonathan Casas. After the system was installed, they walked me through how everything works and explained the maintenance in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I had a lot of questions, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed. They also took the time to point out what the previous water system company had done incorrectly, helping me understand the issues and how they were resolving them.
Overall, I’m a completely satisfied customer and pleased to share my experience. If you’re considering a water softener, look no further! This is the person! I am truly grateful! And my water system is amazing!!

Jonathan provided absolutely amazing customer service! He took the time to explain how the entire system works and even gave us a live demonstration showing how our water actually looks, that visual really made a difference.
